CHARGES FOR RESIDENTS:
For individuals considering a harmonious life at ADHAR, the following charges (per person) apply:
a. Admission Fees:

Rs.2.00 lacs for Single Occupancy (A twin sharing room utilized by a single occupants)
b. Security Deposits:

Rs. 1.00 lac per person
c. Monthly Fees:

Rs.15000/- for Couple/per person
For shorter stays, we offer flexible options:

Stay upto 3 days : Rs.1500/- per person / 24 hrs. (incld. Food)

Stay upto 1 week : Rs.10000/- per person / 7days (incld. Food)

Stay upto 2 weeks : Rs.20000/- per person / 14 days (incld. Food)
For those seeking extended comfort:
a. Corpus Donation

Rs.1.00 lac Walk-in for Long Stay/per person (donation is valid for 3 years only)
b. Monthly Charges(incld. food)

Rs.15000/- for Couple (for 1 month) / per person

Rs.17000/- for Twin Sharing (for 1 month) / per person

Rs.25000/- for Single Occupancy (for 1 month)
2. Additional Expenses on Actual Basis
While our fees cover the essentials, additional expenses are based on actual usage:

3. Leave Period
Parents are responsible for full maintenance during their leave period. By agreeing to these terms and regulations, you become part of the ADHAR community. Please be aware that guidelines may evolve, but our commitment to your comfort remains unwavering.
